Today we say our official goodbye's to book one. She treated us well. Tomorrow won't be a chapter, instead it's SURVEY TIME! So, please, love to hear your feedback both in the poll questions and in the comments on how this all went.
This first week of May will bring about some great updates and new ways for us to connect as a community that I'm really excited about. Book Two kicks off next week Saturday, May 6th!
Another significant difference from the movie: There's absolutely no attempt to suggest that Dorothy's adventure was just a dream, nor to leave her without physical evidence that it happened. The magic shoes may have conveniently disappeared (can't have a little girl zipping around the world at whim), but she's still wearing a brand new dress Aunt Em and Uncle Henry have never seen before -- not to mention, presumably, the diamond-encrusted bracelet the Winkies gave her as a parting gift...
Reading book 1 with everyone has been such a blast!! Thank you for all your hard work, Erica. ❤️ And thanks to all the commenters making it even more fun! Looking forward to book 2.
